Our beach has 7 wet dock slips* located on 2 easements as part of our property on Colony dr. Four of the dock spaces are allotted for board members. Any additional dock spaces are available each year by lottery and cost $350 in addition to your annual dues. This fee is due by the date of the lottery.

 

This fee includes installation and removal of the docks. It is the responsibility of the boat owner to install poles to attach the boat to during the season, as boats may not be attached directly to the dock.

Only active members are allowed in the lottery and you must have a boat at the time of the lottery which is usually held in April each year.

In addition to wet docks, we also have 6 dry docks available at the beach for kayaks and paddle boards first come, first serve. These are an additional $50. 

 

*size restrictions are a factor for boat slips.
